Has anyone heard of the Osteoporosis Reversal Program? It;s offered through saveourbones.com I wonder if it's worth it? I don't know how much it is, and was wondering if anyone has purchased the online program. Thank you.

First I've heard of it Lisieux, but I'm in UK so not really surprised I've not heard.

From looking it over briefly, we would say there is some stuff on there that is good (exercise programs, nutrition tips) and some that is not so good (conspiracy theories, health claims without much evidence).

I personally haven't checked out what they are charging, but you can find evidence-based exercise programs, healthy cookbooks, etc. for free or at low cost elsewhere. You can find a lot of good info (for free) on our website:

Another thing we remind people who prefer to manage osteoporosis "naturally" (without medicines) is you need to be absolutely strict about adhering to your program.

I used to read save our bones and they have usually foods that build bone but a program ? I have to look at that as this is a site for people who are interested in rebuilding bone without Drugs which have so many deadly side effects . thank you for the info I will check it out now.
