Has anyone got any recommendations when buying a bed wedge for reflux ? Do the cheaper ones last just as long as the more expensive memory foam or latex ones ? Which height is best ?Any tips please ?

I purchased mine from Putnams in the UK which was expensive. I am quite small and tend to slide down the wedge. I also have my bed raised on blocks. I'm not convinced either makes much difference. My discomfort is greatest during the night so I'm not sure gravity is keeping the acid down unfortunately.

I have small pieces of wood under mine you can either remove or add to them to make them higher.not sure they make that much difference. I can slide down the bed

I bought bed block raisers from Amazon - box of about 6 for a few quid. I think it helps alittle as I notice when I stay elsewhere my symptoms in the morning are worse
