How easy is it to get surgery to fix the GERD on the NHS? Take 30mg of Lanzoprazole a day and Gaviscon daily 3 rimes a day. Wake up wanting to puke most days and kept up with heartburn most nights (like rn). I haven't smoked in a year and I am not obese nor do I eat a high fat/acid diet so I don't get why it is so bad. Will the NHS do the surgery? I see a gastro consultant but he's not interested at all. Appointments last 2 minutes.

Have you tried the Iqoro device? I have been using it for almost 6 months and it seems to have definitely strengthened the muscles and have less symptoms from Hernia.

Yes the NHS will provide the surgery if you're a suitable candidate. You may want to read Dr.Louise Kaufman's book Acid Reflux Diet. You may find some helpful tips.Good luck.
