I have a hiatus hernia for many years which does play up every now and again. Last two weeks I have had upper back pain which I think may be related. Anyone else have this?

I’ve never had that with my hiatus hernia. Might it be something else- my husband used to get really bad upper back pain that turned out to be a gallstone.
