reflux and the nose?

currently taking 20mgm x2 omeprazole following high levels of GGT and tests ongoing to rule out cancer. I also have a chronic autoimmune condition in the rheumatic field. Upper gastroscopy ruled out an ulcer. My question is does anybody experience a strong pressured fizzing feeling in the bridge if the nose, middle of forehead and behind the eyes? It’s most disconcerting.

Hi, I have been taking Omeprazole for many years and still have nasal congestion, feels blocked and stuffy, not like a cold. I think it is one of the side effects listed on the packet leaflet. Hope it resolves soon for you.

thank you, it’s not a constant feeling but comes on after dinner in the evening and its like a fizzing pressure in the bridge of the nose. I imagine it’s just acid reflux.
