I sleep an hour and i wake up throwing up

It's terrible. I can't get any sleep. I also suffer anxiety and i just hope it's not the anxiety. Does it look physical? I think it's severe acid reflux. Idk im throwing up like a fountain every time i try to sleep

It sounds to me as if you need to get to a hospital. That much vomiting is dangerous. If it is acid reflux, then you should get medication and advice on a diet to get it under control. Please try to call your doctor. I am worried about you.
