I tried to eat and got really nauseous

And it's like 2am and im emetophobic and really afraid. I was feeling nauseous so i went to sleep. I woke up at 10pm. I tried to eat fried rice but at the middle i felt even more nauseous so i stopped. Now even the smell of food triggers me. My stomache and esophagus feel hot from the inside

Acids. Took some gaviscon and helped

It's best not too eat fried food, I have reflux disease and eat a very bland diet. I never eat after six in the evening, and only sip water at night
