Can someone please help me understand my results? My doctor wasn’t informative at all. In fact all he said was you have a little bit of inflammation keep taking your ppis but when I read my papers I see more than what he said. I’m just not understanding most of it.

Have you had the results of the H Pylori test? I would ask for further explanation of the findings and what you should do next. I found I had H Pylori and took antibiotics and I am fine now. Gaviscon Advance is good, also acid reflux bland diet, probiotics and manuka honey. Hope you get some answers.

Medical jargon can be quite scary, At least it looks as though they were very thorough. It sounds like you have Gastritis. It's good they have taken biopsies for H Pylori, if it is that and is treated, things should start to heal. I think you should wait for your biopsy result and take it from there with your GP but be persistent and don't let them brush you off with stronger PPI's. I have found a bland diet and no fizzy drinks, coffee or alcohol helps with my Gastritis. I have also started Probiotics and Yakult every day (have you tried going Lacto free for a few weeks to see if it helps?) Hope you can resolve it soon, try not to worry, at least there is nothing sinister going on.
