Wish I'd have seen this more than six years ago when I had my total Gastrectomy. Fortunately I learned through trial and error what foods to help my recovery and most of them are listed in the video. I've much more to learn with regards to increasing my weight. Over the years I keep hearing of support, this is the only place I find useful.
