Asymtimatic Gastritis

Large Gas bubble on chest x-raylooks like one in photo, only difference in my chest x-ray and this one was white cloudiness in the left upper lung quadrant. The gas bubble is the same size. Should I be concerned, or is it normal?

When I got full medical report later, much later for that date it said ulcer. No one told me at time but prescribed me more lansoprazole and antibiotics
