GASTRIC ACID REFLUX - We're getting there

I am posting the advice sheet issued by the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, Speech and Language Department because it is the first instance I have found which explicitly acknowledges LPR or Silent Reflux together with the role of Pepsin, as distinct from Acid.

Remember that this is issued to 'ordinary' patients and therefore applies doubly, if not triply to Gastro-eosophagectomy patients.
