Does your therapist seem to show an understanding of OCD? or do you find when you talk to your therapist they don't seem to understand OCD?

my therapist is really good. I've only been to her once but I can already tell she knows exactly what is going on in my head. She worked in an OCD hospital for a while though so that most certainly helped her.
