The door in my pantry isn’t shit properly and am I going to fix it? I’m detoxing so no I shall not. Has anyone else been through a severe detox?

Detoxing isn't necessary. The body detoxes itself naturally using the liver and kidneys. That's their function.

Doing a detox no doubt makes money for manufacturers who sell potions to help you 'detox' and whatnot, but it really doesn't make you healthier, though it might help you lose a few pounds which you then put right back on. Mostly, though, it just makes you feel like shit.
