Any tips to get through lockdown!

As you all no we are in a pandemic and it can be hard to cope with obsessive compulsive disorder during this time, they’re have been tears just because it’s such a horrible! Horrible! Climate Change....is there ANY chance or tips out there on how people are coping

My suggestion would be to try to get a range of perspectives on the pandemic. We are being fed a huge amount of fear by the media and that is the last thing any of us with OCD want. A lot of doctors are saying it is not that dangerous and we need to get things in proportion. Listening to them might help ease your mind somewhat.
