Random words or phrases keep repeating in my head nothing significant to me like a joke from John Milaney was in my head for the whole 4 hours of cleaning it’s would finish the joke and then start from the top.

Hi, I have experienced something similar. I know its hard, but keep going- you can get through this!
I’m so glad I’m not the only one it has been bothering me for a while either words name or letters sometimes I have to say it out loud for it to stop
yes I am the same, I also had to say it out loud to stop
I felt like the only way to silence it was to say it out loud
