Has anyone experienced their intrusive thoughts telling them they have to say something out loud (that they wouldn't normally say), for example something rude, for their obsession to go away. I have had this when my ocd was telling me I had to say a rude thing about a loved one (which I have never thought before) for my obsession to go away, and for my obsession not to come true. Please has anyone experienced anything remotely similar to this. Thankyou.

I do get compulsions to say things in a different way, mine is caused by different obsessions however
