Does anyone else deal with black or white thinking? I feel like it is a huge problem for me and feeds into my real event OCD. It's also an extreme issue wit my eating habits and exercising.

This is something I've been accused of since I was a child! All or nothing, black and white, and no shades of grey, long before Shades of Grey came to mean something else!
Since the problem you have is with eating and exercising, I have a few tips. I put about 35 pounds on from my mid 20s to mid 30s and went on a diet. I managed to lose it all. My diet gave me an allowance of 250 calories a day for treats, so I could use them for whatever I wanted, chocolate, cake or anything else. It also allowed you to save them up for a few days so you could have a binge or go out to eat and enjoy yourself.
I found it stopped me from doing the 'I've ruined my weight loss plan and now I'm going to binge for today' thing and although it didn't stop me craving nice things altogether, it did mean I still got to eat them, if only in moderation.
On exercising, remember that exercise isn't just about using up calories. It takes quite a lot of exercise to use up the calories from a muffin, for example. It's also about toning the muscles, working out the cardiovascular system and keeping fit. So don't just exercise to lose weight. Try Pilates to get the muscles stretched, particularly the core muscles which support your spine. That can take a couple of inches off your waist!
I'm back on the losing weight thing, as thanks to a medication I no longer take, I put the 35 pounds back on. I had maintained my weight for quite a number of years at 140 pounds, but this med piled it back on. But it's best to lose weight slowly, as you are less likely to be left with loose skin, and in any case it's more about cultivating good eating habits.
