Not half! And I know it's all rubbish. I think most people have some of this, but with OCD it takes you over.
Yes it does takes over your thinking and everything you do 👎🏻
There's a section in Overcoming OCD which deals with it, and every now and again I reread it to drive it into my head that it really is rubbish.
