Hi all hope all is well. Can OCD change like one or 2 days to a week I find my self cleaning moving my sitting room or bed room round a different way. Then I have fear of killing some one or my self ( harm ocd) then some days am ok ???

I have that, my OCD is pure O and if one of my triggers doesn't get to me, sometimes an old one will pop up, or even a new one!
It's a real shape shifter, is OCD! It often feels like squashing out an air pocket that then pops up in another place! I've had OCD for many years, and have got over some things and developed others.
It can be helpful to remember this when dealing with it. Think perhaps, 'This didn't bother me before, so it can go away again'.
I would say absolutely. OCD is OCD and intrusive thoughts are intrusive thoughts. However, the content can change at any time for no reason at all. I think we all have different themes. Mine usually fluctuates between harm obsessions and health obsessions, but I’ve experienced other themes as well in the past few months. There’s no regularity with OCD and I wouldn’t be concerned about the content of your thoughts shifting. Hope you’re getting good ERP. Even though my themes switch my main one is harm and so me and my therapist choose to focus on that one and conquer it before we give attention to less important themes. Hope this helps!
Yes it can morph into something different. I had to learn this the hard way.
