Hello everyone, hope your day is not too bad.I am thinking of increasing mirtazapine dose to 30mg from 15mg but am scared in case it makes my intrusive thoughts /anxiety worse than it is at the moment.Improving slightly so afraid to rock the boat. Any advice please?

It isn't a drug I'm familiar with, but it might be worth increasing the dose. I'm on 300 mg of sertraline a day, which is a high dose, and when it was increased from 200 mg I was just ready to try it!
I know how you feel about not rocking the boat. I did put a lot of thought into taking aripiprazole, which is an anti-psychotic occasionally prescribed for OCD in low doses as it boosts the effects of sertraline. I had tried another one which made me put on two and a half stone, but thankfully the aripiprazole hasn't caused weight gain in me.
I think it worth giving a go with the increased dose. If it doesn't improve you, then you can always come down again.
