I don't know what to do anymore. . I have no clue....I just can't keep living with this constant stress and pressure....I'm new to this community but experienced with the site. Please.... For more information read my earlier posts from my profile. .I can't bring myself to explain the stories all over again.....

good morning,heyits.i understand you not wanting ,to keep telling your story over again.

but sometimes,it can help although it may not seem.what helped me was sertraline.

when you first start on them,which will be 25mg,then gradgely get to 100mg,believe me

it like being wrapped up in cotton wool.jes you do still have some stress,but you can escape in you wool,you can still live a normal life ,you tend to sleep allot but carnt be bad

can it,any way heylts,your not alone,must get back now to feeding my swirrells now, by,by.
