Whenever I feel Sick or just a bit off I have a voice that speaks inside of my head quietly and it’s quite mumbled, I can never understand what it’s saying but it’s always the same phrase over and over in a soft tone but very very controlling. Can someone explain what this is?

I can't say exactly what it is, as I'm not an expert or health professional. Best to go to your doctor and get a referral to a psychiatrist if you haven't already got one.

Some conditions do involve hearing voices. However, many people with OCD hear their own voice in their head telling them things, and often repeat phrases inside their head over and over.

Not feeling awfully well is bound to make you more vulnerable to things of this sort, or make you notice them, but best to get a professional diagnosis.
