Neet to vent. Sorry in advance !

I was reading a book on my bed. Without "asking permission" and all hells broken out. I've been screamed and shouted at called selfish and been swore at. Now she feels dirty because I've touched something she doesn't know where its come from ! I'm also toxic apparently. I am the pne person who doesn't care sbout her and have no compassion and never learn.

I for one do lots things for her that I don't particularly want to do. Nothings ever good enough. Fed up.

when people act like this, be sad for them, not mad at them. anger will only make your mental health deteriorate. once you find compassion for people filled with anger, your perspective on things will change, and it will make you a positive person overall. you know who you are, and what other people say do not define you.

kindness kills!

I do feel compassion for her but it's hard when you get the blame for everything 95% of my day is consumed by doing rituals for her.

This really can't be doing either her or you any good. I know how rotten OCD can make one feel, but your daughter has no business treating you this way.

To read a book on your own bed in your own house isn't something you should need permission for. If she won't stand up to her OCD then she must at least accept that you don't deserve to be dragged into it to the extent that you need her say so to do anything.

She really does need urgent professional treatment. Her blaming others, particularly you, while refusing to accept proper treatment, is just fuelling her OCD. Of course OCD is no one's fault. But if she's to take control of it she has to accept that it's her responsibility.
