My OCD has worsened lately. U know the feeling of a fork scraping your teeth or a nail down a blackboard? It gives you shivers, I seem to have this all the time, day to day things I touch (desk, duvet etc) are giving me the most awful feeling. Plus the germs fear has escalated, went for a sauna yesterday and felt I was being tortured. Any advice would be really appreciated
