Ears ringing and I am worried!

My ear started ringing and sounding like I am underwater about an hour ago, and now I am worried because it didn’t go away! It also seems like it’s on the other side kinda. I read online that it can be a sign that there is an aneurysm (obviously unruptured) in head and my brain goes to that first! I am scared as can be now!

It could be tinnitus. It's a condition that causes ringing or buzzing in the ears, and is harmless apart from being very annoying to the sufferer!

It could also be that your ears are blocked with wax, water or some other gunge. Go to your doctor and have them checked out and possibly cleaned or syringed.

The problem with self-diagnosing your ailments is that you assume that you have every disease going!
