Hello new to site, I hope to make new friends and meet people with ocd I am struggling to get through each day and it has greatly affected my life and family relationship. I am so very lonely and afraid please can anyone share their experiences with this disease. I also cannot get out easily and when I receive or see something sad I feel overwhelmed. Please people reply so I have someone to talk to thank you

Sorry to hear this have you seen gp and what is your ocd like is it rituals or thoughts as it is such a terrible illness please feel able to write and hope it will help to know that people are here to help and listen
