Hi edeec. There could be any number of reasons to be causing you to feel the way you do.If you have been feeling this way for two weeks or more then it is advised that you see your GP as loopydog says, they will be able to assess you and offer you the best help and a positive way forward..In the meantime have a look on mind.org.uk and the healthunlocked site-Action on depression.

Hope you soon start to feel better..

Best wishes x
