Routines, rituals, habits and repetition are all part of OCD so yes - how you're feeling sounds like 'normal for OCD' to me. Have you ever had any help with your OCD?

Yes OCD is very routine. Its like being addicted to drugs i was once told by a therapist. The more you feed it the worse it gets. Its also very habit like. And as you will know its extremely hard to break it.
