I had a lumber spine op last march 2022, On my left sideL5 . I was in a lot of pain. Now I have a lot of pain on my right hand lumber spine and I cannot lie on my back anymore as I am in such a lot of pain again. Just wondering if anyone has had this pain when lying on your back.
