Pain

I have osteoarthritis mostly everywhere.I have a lower back abnormality from where it originally began. Last Friday I had an electric shock sort of shooting pain from my back down to my left knee which also as osteoarthritis. It stopped me moving so abruptly. The pain was excruciating! I am now beginning to get mobile again after resting and pain meds. What could have caused this ????

Would it have been nerve pain?

Possibly. This past week my knee just locks when this pain comes instantly from nowhere . I’m immobile for a few minutes

It is possible that you might get some relief if you investigate the following: pycnogenol, hyaluronic acid, allicin liquid, Co-enzyme Q10, Solgar Female Multiple. May be others. Also you could look at WDDTY on google, and drpaulclayton.co.uk to see if ther eis anything there. Further afield you could look at Dr Sircus IMVA and search the NCBI NIH websites. Hope this may be useful.

Just a thought - you could also look at diet. Fingers crossed.
