Nefopam and drug interactions

Just been prescribed nefopam has anyone been hot but face and nose really cold? I am on HRT not sure of any interactions

I dont believe many of us ladies of menopause age get decent help or advice from NHS doctors, or at least i do not know of anyone whose had a 100% honest and helpful guidance through what can be hell. I also have sweats virtually 80% of my life, i had an HRT check last Wednesday when i mentioned i felt my HRT was not doing the job properly, the following day the HRT nurse rang offering me a patch to try.. It may well be something that proves effective for you also. I start the patch Tuesday i hope you can get the guidance and support to sort this out, life's miserable when your never sure when the sweating will start.
