Help for pain

Turmeric is one of those things you can try and see if it helps. I put it into my coffee with black pepper and cinnamon for awhile, but didn’t notice a difference.
I have been using Golden Paste for about 4 years and it has helped enormously with the pain in my fingers and hands. Without it I don't know how I would cope. I joined a Facebook group called Turmeric Support Group who are fantastic and really helped me. They will give you lots of support and start you on your correct Turmeric journey.
I take it everyday in several ways as a powder in coconut milk and as a supplement. It does help indeed.
I take 2500 mgs three times a day. My nurse had to nag me to get me to do it but it absolutely helps the inflammation and pain. If I forget one dose I notice. I also put fresh turmeric and ginger in my vegetable juice each morning to help with inflammation.

That's interesting - I take 500mg which is recommended dose on the packet ... it says it's equivalent to 10000 mg of fresh plants. If I have a relapse I'll try increasing to 2 a day
