Cultivating awareness of breath and body for calm

Worry, fear, anxiety, paranoia, jealousy, rage, resentment are all part of our human experience.

When these heavy emotions are left to fester, it shows up in the body. Mind and body can never be singularities. They are interdependent.

In this simple seated 8 minute practice, explore your current inner state, cultivating awareness by being present to truth of sensation and mental activity and harnessing the power of a deeper connection with yourself.

This then flows into a deeper connection with living, with how we impact our own energy and with tender and committed practice, we feel better.
