The liminal space between Christmas (if indeed you celebrate that) and the dawn of a new year, can be a tricky time. For some if might mean diving into rest and peace. For others in might be the aftermath of family stuff that has percolated up during the various socialising. Plus the compression of these pandemic times where so much feels amplified.

Come and take a breather, this is my gift to you, on 28th December at 6 pm UK time. It is free hence offering it out here to my community.

We will expand on 6/6 breathing - including practical experience for yourself to explore the first 3 key foundations of breath for health - i) breathe through the nose, ii) take the breath into the belly and iii) an even rate and rhythm.

All with curiosity are welcome. It will be hosted via zoom and no obligation to have camera on or to speak unless of course that is your heart's desire. Allow yourself to receive the sanctuary of your own breath. Such a gateway to self-regulation. So needed in these times and towards the culmination of a very potent year.

You can sign up here. Your details will not be shared with anyone. The event page has more detail so you can feel into whether this is right for you.
