Hi everyone. How's 2017 going for you all?

I went for a 90 minute Thai massage today. It was a timely reminder of the importance of self love and self care. I highly recommend a regular massage with a therapist you trust or feel adds value to your wellbeing. Massage is touch which in itself is very soothing and comforting and also helps to move stagnation out of the body tissues.
