Flax seeds for fibre and essential fats

A pleasant way to increase both fibre and essential fatty acids is to add a tablespoon of ground flax seeds to your berries in the morning or your salads at lunchtime. I like Linwoods as they are already ground but totally up to you. Store in the fridge once opened
