I have just had my 4th infusion of RoActemra and now suffering with acute muscle pain.Is this a common side effect

Definitely contact the infusion centre or your rheumatologist. Anything unusual that coincides with new or different treatment should be reported immediately.

As others have said, you should contact the unit where you had the infusion or your rheumatology team to discuss this, especially as the pain is acute.
