Getting flu is really, really horrid.....much worse than a cold or even man flu.

I've been having a flu jab regularly for years now - I had flu in 1974 - and don't want it again ever! I've never been ill after a flu injection. Occasionally I have a sore arm, occasionally I feel off colour for a couple of days. I think you never hear from the people who HAVEN'T had a cold, felt ill...etc after a flu injection.

It's bad enough now, getting an ordinary infection which affect me really severely since I've been on immunosuppressants. The thought of something that makes you so ill anyway...doesn't bear thinking about!

Had an appointment on Tuesday for first ever flu jab but cancelled it as I wasn.t feeling great Now I have a lousy cold so thank God I did lol
