hi got a letter from my employment , about the meeting i went to on the 12 sep, can believe, wot they had said , this is the bit that i am not happy about,,, i confirm that the redeployment policy provides that a period of thirteen weeks is allowed to seek suitable redeployment for you, following an explanation of the redeployment process at the meeting you indicated that you did not wish to be considered for suitable alternative work and therfore chose to opt out of the redeployment process, i have been phoning they to today but oh cant get hold of them, to sort this , i was not ask at no point or offend a new post, so will not sign the endorsement till i get this sorted, ,, can live on the money i get now , so if i sigh, i worry that that i will get no money, as the why they have put it ,sounds like was offered a post and refuse it, ,, ,, if it not one think is any never thing with , me , and having a bad today lot of pain in my feet ankles and the bottom of my legs very painful to touch, any one else had this ,?, very up set and angered jo, xx

:(

I am sorry to hear all this.

Feel free to read all my blogs about my job and my dismissal hearing - I have since come to the conculsion that I cant physically work part time anymore, as I having flare ups on top of flare ups!

Less about me, my legs ache too, I am trying to get socks that are loose around the ankle as I think this has caused additional pain, still I rest my legs when ever I can, gentle massaging helps if you have someone who can do it for you, and ice - I find it takes the heat out and reduces pain!

Take care, Pen

It sounds sensible not to sign anything before you have an opportunity to speak to them, when you had your meeting where they not obliged to send you a copy of the 'minutes'? Or is that what the letter is supposed to be for. I would consider drafting a response seeking clarification whilst continuing to try and contact someone especially if there is a return by date because they may be able to infer acceptance even without a signature if no response is received. Good luck, stand up for yourself and vent on here as required.. Linda x

At least they acknowledge that they had not discussed this with you, tho as you say they are probably gonna head in that direction anyways...just make sure they dot their i's and cross their t's. Hope it all ends in a way that leaves you as happy as you can be in the circumstances...Good luck, Linda x

usually you are allowed to take your union college or a freind in to these meetings

the reason to do this is so that you get 2 off you listening to what they say then both make your own notes emmideatly after comming out so that you know what was said

some people even take a recorder into these meetings so YOU KNOW what was said

any further meeting i would tend to do this dont go in on yourself.

i dont know if you are in a union or anything
