Catch up time.....

Morning all, wednesday and it is going to rain again. I have now been to bedworth three times on my scooter. By monday night i was in a bit of pain,but did i sleep NO i didn't. Just when i needed to sleep as we were going down to cambridgeshire to see family.

Lovely day had while we were down there,but as the day wore on i was feeling more tired. Went to Ely to see my brother after seeing my sister-in-law. Then it was off to papworth to see me cousin.We had a lovely couple of hours with her by which time i could have fallen asleep in her chair. I ached as well. We got home about eight so i had a bath and got into bed and watched csi.

Thankfully i slept well,which was lovely. Yet this morning though i don't feel as tired,but i ache like hell in my fingers and knees. I guess it is because the weather is changing to rain. Thats the excuse i am using for the heat in my knees anyway. My hands well thats a different story. I don't know why they ache,but they do. I suppose good old ra/fibro are having a ball and they think i should suffer. So i don't think i will be doing much today.

Ps everyone, as you are all well aware of i have been in a lot of pain due to a flare up of ra. Well i rang my rheumy nurse this morning and she has informed me that my inflamation markers are slowly going down. She has spoken to my dr at the hospital and they have said that it is chronic fibromyalgia. Well i am having a very hard time with pain. So here i am sitting here wondering what the hell i can do to help myself. So anyone with some ideas to help me cope with this i would eternally grateful. Many thanks....
