Thank you to all!

Over the weekend I visited my family who live three hours away. Many stated that I appeared to have come out of the black mood I had been in of late. I said it was due to NRAS and these blogs, reading about like minded people has helped me tremendously and wished that I had arrived sooner.

So each of you, pick your right/left hand and place over the opposite shoulder and pat your back, without hurting yourselves of course, if unable to do this then pat a part of you that does not hurt.
