not had a very good day today i did the house work this morning and did something to my knee which has had me resting for the rest of it as i have had some really bad pain its unreal x

I do it all the time. It's so frustrating isn't it? Take some painkillers if you can, rest up and hopefully tomorrow it'll feel a bit better. xx

Hi,, just thinking it may well be the RA but I tend to blame it for everything and sometimes it can be something else! If it hasn't cleared with the rest maybe you should get it checked out by the gp. U could have pulled a ligament or something that needs more than just rest. But hope you are feeling better today. Axx
