This is a great article. I am thinking about this and I have worried about the cons of having knee replacement. I am 65 with one knee that keeps on clicking from time to time. Had the Arthroscopy(clean out) done twice on it and this does stop the clicking and relieves all the pain but only lasts for three years. But looking at the report from the surgeon I might consider the full replacement.

Thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention.

Regards Jezza

Hope it all works out for you Jezza Last year when I had a very bad flare up my knees were so bad I was housebound Lots better now but one knee is making a cracking noise ( not just a click but a very loud craaaaack ) so I think I may have future problems Like you thought article was excellent
