Cream Crackered now.

Afternoon all, as you can see by my headline i've over done it again. I haven't done much, but i got up feeling rubbish. I ached in my knee and my hand joints as well, and the fibro is giving gyp in my shoulder as well. My son got me a couple of planters for me when he went to town for me. So i sat outside and filled them up. I potted on four peppers that we got saturday from the garden centre. I also potted on sage and dill. I have done that and am sitting down now.

I wish there was normality to this disease, you can be up one day and down the next. My arms look a mess as they keep breaking out in red blood blotches due to fragile skin caused by the steroids. I'm 56yrs and i feel like 96yrs. It isn't fair.

I now have a cup of tea and the tv on so i will rest and do nothing until its bath time.

So everyone take care all of you. xx

Poor you Sylvi, you did well with the veg - i have got potatoes and onions to do in - was going to wait til this weekend as it is still quite frosty.

I was actually going to ask about skin, i am so blotchy never had the like of it before and even when i am off the dmards nothing is clearing up quickly. I thought my immune system was overactive so how come it isn't clearing things up quickly.

I feel the same about the randomness of this disease, can't plan anything. You enjoy your tea and i hope there is something on tv worth watching. Something nice and comforting that gives off nothing but entertainment.

I haven't moved since i posted that blog. My arms are a mess, they are like red dots all over my arms.I keep putting cream on my arms as they are so dry and flaky. They look horrible. Its the steroids that are causing my bad skin, so you are on them that is why they are so blotchy.

Law and order on the tv at the moment and i enjoy that show. Tonight at 9pm on bbc 2 theres a programme about the 70s with the music and all that went on during that time and how it shapes our lives today. It should be interesting.

Hubby put the spuds in the allotment on good friday and a load of other things as well. I don't know when the ones in the conservatory will be ready.

Take care Sylvi - I'm resting up tonight too instead of going to my big choir practice as we leave on the boat at 11am tomorrow and it's a six hour drive. Taking my pillow and every drug known to man it seems with me - no room for so much as an extra pair of knickers in there I'm telling you!
