Thankyou for your answers I have mobility issues with my back RA drugs don't work but co codamol helps maybe it relaxes muscles I take sulfasalazine for my RA but my back is driving me mad

If you are really struggling then you should contact your rheumatologist and get a review to see if they can assess your back and joints, correct your medication if necessary, or send you for scans etc. I wouldn't leave it.
