l am having problems getting free Covid Lateral Flow Tests. I qualify for free LFT as I take immunosuppressant medication & have letter confirming this. Have never had problems getting from local Boots pharmacy but a very unhelpful pharmacist told me that the government don’t do them anymore. Is this correct, NHS website still says they are free for qualifying people. Are others having a similar problem. Thank you for your help

I haven’t been able to get any for most of the year even though my local pharmacy is on the list. They said they are no longer doing it. I just buy a box of 10 from Amazon for anything between £10-13 when needed.
yes, I’ve even had ones on the nhs list, say they’ve stopped. I’ve also been told government aren’t doing them anymore. But the government have said those on mono therapy biologics don’t qualify because recent data shows they are not at greater risk of serious disease. Those on meds that suppress B cells still qualify, and if on other immunosuppressants as well as a biologic, discretion should be used. I just purchase mine when needed
