I take magnesium, after my gp suggested it may help with the muscle spasms, in combination with my painkillers. If I miss a few days I can feel the tension in my neck and shoulders returning. Do check though that it doesn’t interact with meds you currently take.
Yes I take a mix of magnesium. Also rub magnesium cream on my knees from time to time.
