Good morning. I was diagnosed with RA six weeks ago and have started treatment. I also have high cholesterol and do not tolerate statin tablets so have been having the inclisiran injection every 6 months for past 2 years and am due 1 on Friday but I am really nervous as no-one seems to be able to advise that's its OK to have this whilst taking methotrexate. The rheumatologist didn't know and I can't find out anything on line . I'm worried that following the injection in Feb I suddenly had my first and very debilitating RA flare and unsure whether this caused it 😳

Try contacting the hospital pharmacy for help
Contact your specialist rheumatology pharmacist he/she should know. They will, probably be found in the main hospital pharmacy .
There's nothing showing up on the contraindications (updated in June) in that respect. And it's a siRNA therapy, not a monoclonal antibody. Considering the manufacturer has nothing, it's not unusual your MD doesn't either. Leqvio is extremely specific and wouldn't easily lend itself to a conflict. As noted by others, the only course of action is simply to refile the question with your care team. Personally, we wouldn't be concerned. Best wishes.
I have been prescribed Metoject for 5 years, I’m unable to help with your query as I do not have any experience of your other health issues. Good Luck.
