Knuckle on right hand, index finger, won’t heel after finishing prednisone protocol. Still inflamed.

Any thoughts?

Hi I have similar probs with my knuckles and finger joints.other than your prescribed meds,I use Musselex gel,a green lipped mussel extract that I find certainly takes the edge off my soreness

Please check with your doctors before using anything other than meds prescribed by them just to make sure there’s no contraindications.

Found on ebay, Holland Barratt,Amazon.Gel not oral so no contra issues as suggested by KittyJ

But gels absorbed by the skin can be affected, that’s why I can’t use voltarol gel. Best to check.
