It sounds very suss to me. I would email HU - support@healthunlocked.com and ask, although it's the weekend now and they probably won't get back to you until Monday/Tuesday. In the meantime, I would ignore it for now and see what happens.
yes I received one today as well
It doesn't seem genuine. It happened to someone on the atrial fibrillation site too. HU are aware of it
If you are every asked to change a password the best thing to do is not click through on a link but to go directly to the website. And change your password! Passwords should be changed regularly anyway and whether this is a phishing attack or genuine, you can use it as a good excuse to change your password.
But always, don't click on links in emails, go directly to the website, and check the URL (the address of the website) to make sure it is the right website.
yes I received one yesterday too I was going to wait to see if anything came up on these pages!
oh no, I changed mine through the link. Is this a problem?
I'd phone your bankDo a security scan
Turn of all your devices for a little while
There's a small chance you may have a bug for wot ever motive
Specially clicking a link
Then upto your self to change all passwords
Healthunlocked maybe should have put a post on all the communities as it's widespread over Healthunlocked
I would delete it if you weren't expecting them to contact you especially anything to do with passwords etc.
I havenât had one so probably a scam or we would all be told about it. Just delete it.
Not received anything like that
Yes like you wasn't sure so ignored and reported it as fishing.
If you look further down on that emailâŚit says if youu did not request to change your PASSWORDâŚIGNORE THIS MESSAGE.
Thanks for all the responses. I deleted the message without clicking the link. There are so many scams these days you cannot believe anything.
